Southwest Austin Foot & Ankle Clinic is a full-service podiatry office located on the first floor in Suite 110 of the Southwest Medical Village. We treat all issues related to the foot and ankle, including breaks and sprains, toenail problems, skin issues, and complications of medical conditions, such as diabetes and vascular disease. We enjoy treating patients of all ages, from kids through seniors, and will even occasionally see the whole family for appointments at the same time!
We opened our doors in February 2014 and during our first three years, have grown from having just one physician and three staff members to now having three physicians and seven staff members! Dr. Whitesides founded Southwest Austin Foot & Ankle Clinic with the goal of creating a full-service podiatry office that provides compassionate care for all foot and ankle problems. We believe in applying the most conservative approach that is appropriate for the pathology, while utilizing cutting edge techniques to achieve outstanding results. All of our physicians are active practitioners of clinic and surgical podiatry, serving as the primary podiatric consultants and busy surgeons at many of the area hospitals.
